A funky and fruity collins with dry vermouth, amaro, tequila, a melon cream soda and our Strawberry Hibiscus Jalapeno shrub. Featured at our Acid Drop x Botanica “Holiday Highballz” event.
ISLAND RAIDER
1 oz Lofi dry vermouth
1/2 oz Lofi amaro
1/2 oz blanco tequila
1/2 oz Cool Hand Co. Strawberry Hibiscus Jalapeno Shrub
1.5 oz Chupa Chups melon cream soda
1.5 oz soda water
Build over ice and stir briefly to combine.
